The accommodation
Fattoria Di Vaira is the largest agricultural company in Molise, in an agricultural area where natural resources and human presence have been living together for centuries with extraordinary balance. On the Adriatic Sea, between the cities of Termoli and Vasto, between the green hills and the blue of the sea in the background, we find the ideal conditions to realize one of the basic principles of biodynamic agriculture: the vision of the farm as an agricultural organism . The farm covers an area of ??500 hectares and is a complete "agricultural organism", with the presence of vineyards, olive groves, horticultural crops, cereals and fodder for breeding dairy cows, alpine brown breed, surrounded by hedges, wooded patches and eight artificial lakes that enrich the agro-ecosystem. The composted organic substance is used to fertilize, crop rotations are practiced, the biodynamic method is applied and cheese is produced, as well as wine, oil, honey and tomato and tomato puree. Rooms come with light-wood furnishings, a fan and a private bathroom with a shower. In the morning, a breakfast buffet with assorted cakes and pies from the region is served. The property also offers cooking lessons. The farmhouse is just 6 km from the coast and its beaches. Termoli is a 20-minute drive away. We speak your language!
