The agriturismo

Agriturismo Pialza was created within an80-hectare farm that has been active since 1992.
Located 10 minutes from Mount Sant'Antonio and 15 minutes from the beaches of Bosa Marina and Porto Alabe, Agriturismo Pialza is the ideal place to spend a versatile, out-of-the-box vacation
.

The facility consists of 6 comfortable double rooms that are also accessible to people with disabilities.

It also has 2 dining rooms and a large outdoor terrace.

The accommodation

Agriturismo Pialza provides very comfortable rooms designed down to the smallest detail to ensure comfort, hospitality and well-being. Each room has a desk with mini-bar, flat-screen TV, spacious closet and private bathroom with hydromassage shower and window.

There is a choice of three doubles, two twins and one dedicated to people with disabilities.

The restaurant accommodates about 120 guests in two adjoining rooms overlooking the countryside and with access to a large terrace. The cuisine is traditional Sardinian and the raw materials are entirely produced by the farm: cold cuts, cheeses, pickles in oil, ravioli (homemade according to ancient recipes), tender meats, freshly prepared desserts... a real food and wine itinerary.

Ceremonies are also organized and it is possible to request vegetarian, vegan and celiac menus .

Activities and surrounding

The agriturismo is located in Sindia, 510m above sea level and 10km from Macomer and 15km from Bosa Marina.

The town includes the S. Antonio Nature Reserve, a vast wooded area that boasts tree specimens considered natural monuments and is home to several protected wildlife species.

Sindia's archaeological heritage includes several monuments from the Nuragic period in a good state of preservation; they are almost all located outside the town apart from the "Gianbasile" nuraghe, which, a unique case in Sardinia, is almost encompassed in a 19th-century building near the parish church.

Also of great interest is what remains of the Abbey of Santa Maria di Corte, which, founded in 1149, is one of the oldest Cistercian churches in Europe, the last one built by St. Bernard of Clairvaux.

The village boasts several other historic churches, the closest just 300m from the farm: it is the church of San Demetrio, built in 1668 and still preserving several works of great historical and artistic significance.

Only 16km from the farm is one of the most beautiful villages in Italy: Bosa.

The town, which stands on the banks of Sardinia's only navigable river-the Temo River-is an important center for leather processing and is also famous for the processing and export of coral and textiles and for filet embroidery and woven asphodel baskets.

Nearby are castles and churches where unique frescoes can be admired, well-known beaches, freshwater coves and natural swimming pools.
