Hello, I am sorry that you are not satisfied with your stay at our facility. I want to emphasize that the room, as per contract conditions provides for tidying up every 3-4 days, cleaning and linen replacement was done regularly. The room has a standard size in accordance with the law with a net area of 17 sqm plus the bathroom of 5sqm, comfortable and spacious, then if you have other needs you could report it or request a more spacious room.
As for the neighbors, they are allowed to stay in the verandas and observe a respectful time that goes from 11:30 pm until 7:30 am the next morning, while for smoking the smoking gentleman was asked to move away from the verandah several times, but in the face of the rudeness of certain people I can't do anything about it.
