The company centre is located in the homonymous locality, known in the area for having been a room of ancient nuragic populations of which we can only observe the megalithic circles, except for new discoveries during the next archaeological excavations.
Candela is described as the seat of the ancient "civilization of Arzachena".
The accommodation
In Candela there was nothing but the wild and those hundred-year-old olive trees that have no masters.
They are the true lords of this piece of Sardinia where we would like to introduce you to the culture and traditions of the Gallura stazzo so that you can take with you the memory of our land and thus pay the best tribute to the work and hard work of the old Gallura.
Following this idea, we illuminated the undergrowth, invited friends, cheese, roast piglet with good local wine.
This is how the farm holiday in Candela was born.
**GALLURA HOSPITALITY**
In Candela you will have the opportunity to stay overnight at the farm and enjoy, in addition to the food of the typical cuisine, the scent of the Gallura countryside made particular by the presence of spontaneous colonies of myrtle, olive, holm oak, lentisk, juniper and any other typical essence of the Mediterranean that you can observe during your pleasant walks.
The Candela farmhouse also offers the service of hospitality in rooms. In the company we provide guests who want to spend a quiet stay a few steps from the sea of the Costa Smeralda and absolutely immersed in the heart of the Gallura countryside, eight rooms with exclusive services.
We guarantee an overnight stay all year round with different rates, of course, depending on the period.
Your stay will be made pleasant by the welcoming places that you will have at your disposal.
These are newly built rooms, finely furnished with rustic poor art, equipped with exclusive services and air conditioning system.
The building was built in a dominant position on the hill from which you can see a beautiful and relaxing view, green meadows and trees (mostly olive trees) where they look at the cattle grazing, from these parts traditionally bred in a totally wild state.

The cuisine of our farm, which prefers the typical dishes of the local tradition, is based essentially on meat, cheese and garden products.
The abundant menu offers the opportunity to know and enjoy the delicacies of Gallura cuisine, from appetizers to desserts, through the first courses and our famous pig on the spit, you will enjoy genuine dishes prepared with our raw materials and cared for by the expert hands of Teresa, our cook.
