The owners of the farm live of agriculture, they are happy to share all this with friends, new visitors and especially their little guests, having the opportunity to spend unforgettable moments together. Family, tradition, good things from the garden and the fields, cordial hospitality and lots of joie de vivre: these are the elements that characterize the Tauber family .
The accommodation
Hospitality is offered in 5 holiday apartments , ideal for a family holiday near Bressanone. They are all furnished in a natural style, with lots of wood, andradiate a warm andwelcoming atmosphere.
Apple, Sonne, Hof, 1894, Stodl, these are the five names of the apartments on the farm. The apartments are unique yet characterized by the same style andtell a story: the story of the farm, of the family, of their passion and of life on the farm.
Preserving traditions with an eye towards the new: comfort and simplicity, but also tradition and modernity, beauty and freedom, these are the reasons why it was decided to use wood for the construction of the extension.
At the Waldharthof farm, various types of apples are grown at an altitude of about 800 to 900 metres above sea level. Approximately 300days of sunshine per year, a mildclimate and fertilesoil provide optimalconditions for apple cultivation. Warm days and cold nights in late summer give theapples their red cheeksand enrich them with valuable vitamins and aromatic substances. Locationand soil determinethe position of the various types in order to obtain the best quality in taste,appearance and crispness. In the management of the orchards owned by the company, great importance is given to thenatural balance betweensoil and plants, but also between pests and auxiliary fauna.
