In summer you can also enjoy a nice glass of wine under the pergolas, perhaps accompanied by a board of cold cuts and cheeses and some snacks with local cornmeal. By reservation you can organize a wine tasting with Giorgia or Claudia, who will tell you how the grapes are produced with organic methods, showing you directly the vines and the grapes. Even in winter you can taste our wine, a Merlot and a Sauvignon, directly in your room in the warmth, always accompanied by some snacks.
For breakfast Giorgia will serve you products that enhance the local territory and the activities of the whole network "women in the field" regional (of which she is an active promoter) guiding you in a culinary journey that promotes the importance of food, respecting those who produce, in harmony with the environment and ecosystems.
You can delight in sweets such as homemade cakes, slices of warm bread with homemade jams using local fruit or honey thousand flowers of our industrious bees that fly on the hill of Trento. Taste the pollen perhaps for the first time! For the savory you will have various cold cuts produced in the area, aged cheeses and fresh goat cheese.
