The agriturismo
In Valfloriana, the valley of flowers, between Val di Fiemme and Valle di Cembra, Graziano Lozzer, Isabella and Emil welcome their guests in an unspoiled and peaceful environment, with dishes based on organic products from the farm, which is known nationally and abroad and featured in the best food and wine publications.
The farm raises Grigio Alpina breed of cows from the Slow Food presidium and with their milk, produces and sells cheeses that release the scents of the herbs of the local pastures.
The accommodation
The farmhouse, built in accordance with the standards of bio-architecture, has 8 rooms: the atmosphere is typical mountain one, with wooden furniture and an environment with attention to every detail.
The kitchen offers traditional local dishes revisited in a modern key, well presented, with homemade bread every day and an excellent selection of wines. Recipes are seasonal and prepared with products from theAIAB-certified farm, which has won the prestigious Oscar Green and various awards for the animals raised.
