Mostly BIO products from the Farm are used for meals
. Lunch: on request and for a minimum of 6 people; alternatively, cold dishes can be served for those who wish to spend the day at the pool or hiking in the hills.
Dinner: by reservation in the morning for the evening; the price is in relation to the agreed menu, starting from a base of 25 euros.
Breakfast: from 08:30 to 10:00 a.m. - Dinner from 20:00 to 22:00 p.m.
Swimming pool: access from 09.30 to 19.00. Provision of towel for the crib and compulsory swimming cap for swimming in the pool, available for a fee of 5 6 euros.
All rooms have bathroom, LCD TV, panoramic view, lawn garden in front and private entrance.
Prices include: VAT, overnight stay, breakfast, hot water for shower, heating during winter, use of pool, sunbed, reserved parking space, mountain bike use, wi.fi.
Daily change of room linen : available for a fee with a minimum of 15 euro.
Weekly change of room linen : included in the price.
Daily cleaning and tidying of rooms: available for a fee with a minimum of 15 euro per room.

Children: price in relation to services required. Crib and/or crib for children up to 3 years 30 euros in low season and 35 euros in high season.
Pets: small-medium sized dogs and/or cats accepted; price in relation to services requested, with a minimum of 15 euros for room cleaning and disinfection upon departure. Hygienic accessories and food to be provided by the client.
Horse boarding: the farmhouse is equipped with boxes to house, feed and care for them; price in relation to services requested.
Booking arrangements: the reservation is considered confirmed when the client pays the deposit, equal to 40% of the total cost of the stay, or provides his or her credit card details as guarantee.
Balance of the stay: upon arrival at the farmhouse.
Payment of extras: upon departure from the farmhouse.
Methods of payment: debit card, credit card, cash, check
Cancellations: up to 7 days before arrival the deposit is retained; less than 7 days before arrival the full amount is charged.
