Via Guido Monaco, 13, 52032 Badia Tedalda (Arezzo)
A carefully renovated old farmhouse in which the traditional and the modern come together to create a warm and comfortable setting, surrounded by the unspoilt nature of the Apennines.
Run by Alessandro and Manuela, the agriturismo is the perfect place for a stay spent enjoying wholesome homemade food, the ideal combination of outdoor tourism and relaxation.
The 8 refined rooms (Non ti scordar di me, la Ginestra, la Pietra, la Calendula, il Rosmarino, la Lavanda, l'Agrifoglio and la Salvia) include private bathrooms and solarium terraces equipped with barbecues and tables and chairs, offering scenic views of the large swimming pool (with gazebo, loungers and sunbeds) and the pine wood which surrounds the estate.
The traditional cuisine is prepared using wholesome produce from the farm’s sheep and poultry, along with other local ingredients, and served in the dining room which can accommodate up to 40 people. The entrance to the agriturismo leads on to a comfortable lounge area with sofas, TV and open fireplace.
During your stay, you can also make use of the agriturismo’s partner gym (with “Technogym” equipment), located in the town around 500 m from the farm, with discounts available for Pian di Botta guests.
Badia Tedalda is located on the Apennine watershed between the Tyrrhenian and Adriatic seas, the ideal base for excursions on foot and by mountain bike to discover stunning landscapes and the local fauna accompanied by expert guides, as well as trout fishing and foraging for mushrooms.
Guests can enjoy day trips to centres of artistic and cultural interest, such as San Sepolcro, the Eremo della Verna retreat, San Marino and San Leo, all around 40 km away, as well as cities such as Rimini, Arezzo and Urbino around 60 km away.
