The farmhouse consists of a fully equipped kitchen (dishes, stove, refrigerator) with a living room and sofa bed, smart TV, Wi-Fi connection, a double bedroom in which it is possible to add a crib (on request), a bathroom with all amenities (soap kit, towels, hair dryer) and is equipped with heating/airconditioning.

Not far from the property, only 15 minutes by car, is one of the most beautiful naturalistic sites in the world: the Cascate del Mulino waterfalls with thermal water at 37 degrees, constant temperature summer and winter
Maremma will give guests unforgettable emotions that enter the heart and convince them to return more than once. Also worth a visit is theTuff Area, today one of the most valuable archaeological testimonies of the Tuscan Maremma. Here are the evocative "vie cave," the ancient streets dug into the tuff by the Etruscans and used as roads but also as a defense in case of enemy attack.
Nearby is the Necropolis of Puntone (1km away), where in spring blooming sycamores will frame this beautiful landscape, ideal for peaceful walks; horseback riding stables ; e-bike rental in Saturnia.
