Check-in: from 3:00pm to 6:00pm.
For arrivals before 4pm it will be possible to use the restaurant services and the swimming pool with changing rooms and showers (on request).
Check-out: between 8.00 and 10.00
Breakfast service: from 8:00 to 10:00.
Lunch: at the Veranda from 12pm to 3pm with salads, sandwiches, first courses and fresh fruit. Payment on the spot.
Dinner service: cutting boards and aperitifs. Two evenings a week in nearby Sigaraia, we organize special dinners. A pizza ride and a typical Tuscan dinner. We do not carry out the half board service.

Cots and high chairs available on request. Possibility of extra beds only in the apartments.

The rooms (double or quadruple) can be booked from a minimum of 3 nights and include breakfast. Daily cleaning, linen change every 3 days.
For apartments with kitchen, the minimum stay is 7 nights on a stay-only basis. You can still enjoy our magnificent breakfast, booking it at the Reception, at a cost of € 7 for adults and € 4 for children from 5 to 10 years included. Children 0-4 years free.
Alternatively, we offer breakfast baskets to take to the apartment with baked goods, pods for coffee or cappuccino, fruit juices. Purchasable at the Reception.
Weekly cleaning of the apartments, a linen change on the 3rd day included. Extra linen on request, surcharge.
In the summer period from June to September our swimming pool is open with recreational activities (eg Acquagym), bar, whirlpool.
Large parking included, not guarded but inside the farmhouse.
Bike rental, sale of typical products. Pets are allowed both in the room / apartment and in the restaurant.
Animals are not allowed in the pool area.
