Final cleaning is the responsibility of the traveler and will be paid on site upon departure in the amount of 30 euros per apartment for stays of 3 nights and 50 euros for longer stays.
Heating costs are only on actual consumption and verified by meter at an hourly cost of 1.5 euros (hypothetical daily cost of about 10 euros per apartment)
IT IS POSSIBLE TO BOOK FOR GROUPS MORE APARTMENTS namely LILLA, SCILLA, SUN, EARTH, SKY AND MOON - max. 20-25 people
The apartments CIELO and SCILLA are both equipped with 1 double bed and 1 sofa bed of mt. 1.20, both therefore suitable for either 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. In the apartment CIELO in addition to independent heating is available to guests a romantic wood-burning fireplace
It is possible to request, at the time of booking, a common room of about 50 sq. m. with bar corner, equipped kitchen, bathroom, tables, chairs and an additional covered outdoor space of mq.30, which can be reserved for the entire vacation at a variable cost to be determined on the basis of the number of days and people.
