The restaurant serves dishes prepared using the farm’s own produce, from typical cured meats such as “soppressa" and “ossocollo”, to salami, poultry and rabbit, homemade bread and pasta, and fruit and vegetables from the vegetable garden, for a welcome return to wholesome tradition.
The farm also produces its own wines, such as Prosecco Superiore Conegliano Valdobbiadene Extra Dry DOCG and Brut DOCG, Prosecco Tranquillo DOC Treviso and Cabernet Franc IGT.
The historic Marca Trevigiana was an important location in the Great War, an importance which is portrayed in the region’s museums, caves and other sites dedicated to the Resistance.
