Minimum reservation: 7 days (Saturday to Saturday) in July and August, 3 days the rest of the year
Check-in: from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.
Check-out: at 9:30 a.m.
Payment: 50% of the amount as deposit at the time of booking on the company's bank account, the remaining 50% will be paid on arrival.
Deposit: paid on arrival, when collecting the key. It will be returned on departure, after deduction of any damage caused in the accommodation and additional expenses not included in the rental price.
Cancellation: In case of cancellation of the reservation, the following fees will be withheld:
- 10% of the total, if cancellation is given within 4 months of expected arrival;
- 50% of the total, up to two months before.
All guests' personal data will be processed only for purposes related to the company's business.
Discounts: applied only in the low season period.
