The agriturismo
Located a few minutes from the historic center of Caprino Veronese, the agriturismo lies on the slopes of Mount Baldo in a quiet and picturesque setting 7 km from Lake Garda and 30 km from Verona. The farmhouse is spread over a 4-hectare property planted with hay and olive trees.

The accommodation
First opened in 2007 the farmhouse consists of a main house and restored rural buildings where 4 completely renovated apartments are located.
All possible care has been given in the furnishings of the apartments for two/four guests built inside the old hayloft and in place of the nearby stables with fine finishes and ceiling beams. Country style furnished, they are equipped with all comforts: air conditioning, independent heating, sat-tv and a cooking corner with electric oven, dishwasher, fridge and refrigerator. All have a double bedroom, wc and shower, safe, terrace or veranda with table and chairs. Two apartments located in the ancient hayloft have a gallery and 2 toilets, one on each store. All apartments are supplied with linen, towels, pool towels, table clothes, courtesy line. For seven nights stay, towels are changed also mid week.
At disposition for the guests a swimming pool, a common room with fireplace for reading and relaxing with a rich documentation on excursions and possible activities on Monte Baldo and on Lake Garda, a fitness room and a small children playground.
Activities and surrounding
The Monte Baldo and Lake Garda area offers numberless excursions possibilities either on foot, by bike or horseback riding discovering fascinating medieval and XVIII Century historic towns rich in history, culture and tradition or visiting unique natural sites. Free beaches are just 8 km away with the possibility to practise water sports such as sailing, surf or hobie cat. At the farmhouse detailed information on tourist itineraries, bike tours, horse treks or hiking on Monte Baldo or on the hills surrounding Lake Garda are available for the guests as well as gastronomic itineraries with a visits of mountain huts on Monte Baldo. For theme parks lovers 20 km separate our place from Amusement and Water Parks like Gardaland, Movieland, Parco Sigurtà, Jungle Adventures. Thermal centres and spa are to be found in Sirmione or Colà di Lazise, just half an hour drive. Boat excursions on the lake can be organized through the public service Navigarda. Motorboats can rented directly on the lake with or without licence. Lakeview Golf courses are just at 10 minutes drive from the farmhouse. Mountain lovers can practise free climbing on Monte Baldo or climb up to 2.000 mt with the modern cable lift in Malcesine.
