From 2 p.m. to 7 p.m., except for specific needs to be agreed upon in advance. Check in and the completion of bureaucratic and sanitary practices, will take place in the most appropriate and secure to protect the tranquility and safety of guests.
Check-out
Possibility of late check-out, subject to availability, within 15 hours with extra payment of 50% of the daily rate of accommodation.
If on the day of arrival you wish to dine at our restaurant (del Borgo), you must notify at the time of booking or at least 2 days before arrival, the restaurant works on reservation.

Rates
Rates are referred to the requested treatment. They include: daily cleaning and tidying up (9-12 am), bed and bath linen (one change after 3 nights), not usable as beach/swimming pool towel or for animalshot and cold air conditioning, private and covered parking, use of the swimming pool (from 9 am to 6:30 pm), Relaxation Area in the pinewood, paths, sports fields and playground.
Treatment of breakfast and half board
The breakfast included in the normal B&B rates, is the Italian breakfast; with the supplement of 7 € is provided instead the continental/English sweet and savory.
Half board(always breakfast and dinner) is available upon reservation. The half-board dinner includes a first course, a second course, a side dish, fruit, water, and house wine (¼ per person). Other consumptions (drinks, desserts, coffee, liqueurs, etc..) are to be considered extra.
CONDITIONS OF STAY IN THE APARTMENTS AND VILLAS
Deposit for apartments/villa
The Management requires a security deposit of € 150,00 to be paid in cash and that will be returned on departure unless legitimate deductions.
Rates
Rates are referred only to the overnight stay and include: car parking, water consumption, use of swimming pool (from 9 to 18:30), Relaxation Area in the Pinewood, Paths, sports fields and Playground. They do not include: daily cleaning and tidying up, electricity and gas consumption, laundry service on request (10 euro per wash - max 10 kg), and the supply of towels and bed linen.
Linen
Linen supply on request, with mandatory change every 7 days:
Bath linen: € 10 per person (equipment: face, bidet, towel).Not usable as beach/pool towel or for animals.
Bed linen:
€ 10 per double bed - € 8 per single bed.
Electricity and gas consumption
At the time of delivery of the keys of the apartment, will be taken note of the reading of the meters of electricity and gas. At the end of the stay will be carried out its consumption count. Rates applied: € 0.45 kWh - € 5 Smc.
Options
The apartment has a cleaning set, as there is no daily tidying up and cleaning; however, these services can be provided on request at a cost of € 12 per hour.
Separate collection
Our municipality of Borgia practices differentiated waste collection. Along the avenue near the Amphitheater, you will find a small island dedicated to it. Customers are asked to separate waste and place it in the correct containers.
Final cleaning
For the cleaning of the apartment residences, at the end of the stay is due a fixed contribution of € 40.00 (excluding kitchenette and dishes, charged to the gentlemen guests). For the villas is due instead a contribution of € 50.00.
EXTRA RATES
Pets
The presence of any animals is welcome and must be communicated at the time of booking. There is a cost of € 6 per day for each furry friend who must be equipped with his personal equipment (mat, towel, litter, bowls, etc. ..).
Tourist tax
Our town of Borgia in which the Agriturismo Borgo Piazza is located provides for the payment of tourist tax of € 1,00 per person per night. Children under 12 and adults over 65 are exempt.
Booking conditions: payment of 30% of the stay as a deposit, balance after settlement in the structure.
The accommodations are assigned according to the order of arrival of the deposit. In case of cancellation and / or early departure, the fees paid ARE NOT LOST but remain valid for new periods to be agreed.
