We reiterate as already done in the presence, then, on the cleanliness of the pool area, we accept your point of view to take care even better, but it is the first time ever that we are moved this assessment (see the many reviews), and during your stay, no other guest has made similar considerations. Anyway, with pleasure we welcome your comments in the spirit of wanting to do better and better for our guests. Finally, however, we must regret your comments on the "extras" compared to half board. In any structure you can go, the practice is basically always the same: the meal of a half board includes a first course, a second course with side dish, fruit, and, as drinks, water and wine (1/4 per person, for the wine), and our guests are always satisfied for quality and quantity. Everything that goes beyond this list, however, is obviously to be considered "extra". Moreover, this structuring is the same that you have found in your booking confirmation "file", which you have signed, as well as in our public regulation / general conditions referred to there, and also present on the website. We would like to add that we have given you some freebies during the meals, such as the entreée which is not foreseen, but often with pleasure we prepare for all the guests. We are therefore sorry to have to "point out the obvious", but if a customer then adds bitters, soft drinks, beers etc. etc., we have to do our job. As you even refer to the water: forgive us, but it is a bit 'offensive and ungenerous. During meals this is clearly unlimited, but if, as has happened several times, out of meals you asked us 4 large bottles at a time to take to your room, even here, we do our job and we pay for bottled water, and resell it at a fair price.
