Agriturismo Podere Prasiano will open in a more exclusive format to ensure private stays and safety. The well-being of our guests and staff is our outmost priority and we hope this format will allow you to enjoy a restful and carefree holiday!
Podere Prasiano will accept only 2 bookings at the time. Our offering is centered around minimizing contacts between guests from different bookings and with staff to ensure safety, while providing an exclusive experience with all the comforts.
The new format includes the following:
- Two bookings will be accepted at a time, in two independent units, each provided with independent entrance, kitchen, Wi-Fi, barbecue and private terrace
- Minimum stay 4 nights
- The swimming pool will be shared among guests
- Cleaning and sanitization will be performed at the beginning and at the end of the stay
- Breakfast will not be served, but will be replaced by a large selection of high quality organic and local products, brought directly to your accommodation
This exclusive hospitality format will be offered in two independent stone houses for rental:
- Private stone house: for 2-4 guests aged 12+
- Eastern wing of the main villa: for 4-8 guests
For both accommodations, here is a list of services included in the price:
- Stone house with private entrance and courtyard with barbecue, loungers and garden furniture to enjoy outdoor living
- Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher
- All bed covers, sheets and pool towels
- Hair dryer and organic toiletries
- Wi-Fi connection
- Gas and electricity
- Air conditioning in the rooms – satellite television
- Infinity pool - Solarium – Panoramic terraces
- Secured parking
- Taxes and fees
- Pets and smoking not allowed
Deposit and cancellation
The booking is confirmed with the payment in advance of the first night.
The balance of the total amount of the stay must be made 30 days before arrival. In case of cancellation or no-show, the advanced payments will not be refunded.
In the event of a new lockdown and travel impossibility due to Covid-19, a voucher of the amount paid will be issued, valid until the end of the next season 2022.
Arrival and departure
Check-in from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. on the day of arrival. Guests are kindly requested to communicate their arrival time at least 1 day in advance. Check-out: from 7,30 a.m. to 10,00 a.m. on the day of departure.
Any different check-in and check-out times must be agreed with the Agriturismo at the time of booking and may include an additional cost.
