The agriturismo
Cascina Binè is a renovated traditional farmhouse, with wine cellar, tasting room and rooms overlooking the vineyards of the property.
It was conceived to give life to a link which would unite the winemaking soul of the Ghio family to the need of making the territory and its most loved products known in the world.
Tastings give everyone the opportunity to get closer to the world of Gavi's wine, an area rich in excellence that the owners offer as an accompaniment to their white and red wines.

The accommodation
Already from the restructuring has been reserved a particular attention to the respect of the territory making sure that the structure is independent from the energy point of view (with geothermal system) and plastic free to reduce the impact on the environment.
The same furniture that make the rooms warm and welcoming are recovered or made with only wood produced and treated by the craftsmen of our small villages.
All rooms have two beds in a double twin bed, also adaptable to single use. The modern bathrooms, but vintage taste, offer many comforts for guests. It was decided not to equip the rooms with TV, to give you a unique experience of relaxation and digital detox, immersed in the beauty and peace of the hills of Gavi.
In the structure there is a large tasting room with a panoramic view of vineyards ready to welcome ceremonies, private events, conferences, meetings and business events all year round.
The vineyards ofBinè Società Agricola are in organic conversion and through a very accurate study and a great work they give us the possibility to obtain a genuine and high quality product.
Activities and surrounding
La Cascina is located in the wine area of Gavi DOCG, a few kilometers from several places of interest such as the fortress and the charming village of Gavi, the ancient Roman city of Libarna, the Designer Outlet of Serravalle and the town of Novi Ligure,known for its culinary excellence such as focaccia and chocolate. Its historical center collects a good number of historic buildings, easily visited and offering interesting events in every season.
The area can be defined as a borderland, because even if it is in fact a Piedmontese territory, it is closer to Liguria and this is reflected in many of the traditions, from cooking to dialect and even music, which are enriched by each other.
As the crow flies it is only 30 kilometers away from the sea , for this reason it can be a good starting point for pleasant trips to the Ligurian beaches, with the possibility in the evening to go back to the peace of our vineyards and enjoy tasting a glass of good wine at sunset.
In particular then our province is located in the center of a profitable commercial triangle betweenTurin, Milan and Genoa. For this reason in about one hour you can reach all three of these important cities, which also puts us in a very convenient position to access the major airports of northern Italy.
Certainly the distinctive feature of Cascina Binè is that it is immersed in nature. In fact, there are severaltrekking and mountain bike trails nearby. Accompanied by dedicated guides, guests will be able to explore the many mountain paths recently reclaimed by groups of volunteers from the nearby Val Borbera and immerse themselves in an area waiting to be discovered.
