Mrs. Monika stayed with us for three nights, during which she was provided with a baby bed, as per her request, without charging the extra cost, as a courtesy of us.
If as the lady claims the apartment was full of dust, which is not credible, the lady should have reported it immediately after check in or on one of the following days of stay, especially since the apartment was reordered daily by the cleaning staff.

Arnold came to us with his boyfriend; we tried to do our best to make them comfortable with accomodation, food, assistance and suggestions about what to do and where to go.
But Arnold (not her boyfriend) is basically a dissatisfied person who can complain, for instance, if in the pool (lenght: 20 mt!) there are two three other people more than he! Frankly we haven't read her comment entirly: to long!
