The Agritur Malga Vallorsara was born as a natural consequence of the activity of the farm of Maso Engher, already a farm with a solid experience on the land of the plateau of Folgaria and surroundings.Thanks to the 60 cows present on the farm all year round, which move to the Malga during the summer months, the farm produces excellent mountain milk which is processed and processed directly by the family into dairy products used in part in the kitchen of the Agriturismo and in part sold at the shop in Costa di Folgaria.
