The agriturismo
At lunch and dinner, a typical kitchen is based on the genuineness of raw materials, mostly local and organic : most of the products come from their own farm, such as fruit, vegetables, oil, jams, preserves and honey.
The fixed menus are four courses and vary according to the season and the fancy of the cook; there is also a small paper with local cheeses and local cuts and a choice of different dishes depending on what is in the garden; finally a map of natural wines, handmade beers and soft drinks.

Hi, I am Jennifer and I am 40 years old.

I have been managing Walden since 1994 with my family.
As well as we cook for the guests, we welcome the guests, we rear the animals.
