The Trattoria del Meletto respects our organic business philosophy respecting the environment and the rural tradition. We take care of the preparation of the dishes with our ingredients grown and bred to the Meletto enriched by our extra virgin olive oil. Tuscan soups and homemade pasta are served, roasts of Cinta Senese, grilled Chianina, bread and with mother yeast and crushed cooked in a wood oven and much more ... taking into account the seasonality of the products.
